As a NYS Licensed Massage Therapist since 2002, I take pride in merging my experience in traditional massage therapy with my specialized rehabilitation training. With 23 years of experience in this field, I've come to understand that pain and discomfort are experiences we all share, no matter who we are or what we do. But it's essential that each person's treatment for pain is tailored to their individual needs. My practice is dedicated to working with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your unique therapeutic goals.

Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or managing a medical condition, let's work together on your journey to better health.

What is specialty training?

Specialty training refers to the additional education or qualification training required for a specific area of medicine, practiced by a licensed professional. Below, you'll find details about the fields I have additional experience and specialty training.

Orthopedic Massage Therapy

Therapeutic or medical massage therapy addresses soft tissue and joint issues that hinder an individual's ability to move without pain. It requires specialized training and effective techniques to treat conditions arising from various activities (such as work or sports), injuries, accidents, or functional difficulties.

Oncology Massage Therapy

Massage therapy that effectively addresses the effects of cancer and cancer treatments. Tailored treatments for clients living with cancer, including those undergoing active treatment, in recovery or survivorship, and those receiving end-of-life care.

Comfort Care Massage

Comfort care can greatly enhance a patient care plan aimed at symptom management, pain relief, and improving quality of life. It effectively addresses the unique physical and emotional needs of our mature adults and those managing illness.

Percussive Therapy

Percussive massage uses rapid and repetitive pressure combined with vibration therapy. This may include the use of percussive therapy devices to increase blood flow, pain relief, muscle relaxation, improved range of motion, and enhance recovery.
